What a fantastic company with great ethos, good prices and simplicity

What a fantastic company! I work in the IT/Telecoms industry and am technical and I have to say, Ecotalk have set a high bar for customer service! Recently making the switch in from a.n.other terrible provider (one of the big four) wasn't as smooth as I'd like it to be (the old provider put roadblocks up at every stage). I was porting my number over as well and they gave me the wrong PAC code twice! I had four calls with Ecotalk's Support/Customer Service and, apart for the birdsong On Hold causing issues with my Hyperacusis, each and every time I was greeted by a calm, cheerful (but not fake happy) and very knowledgable and helpful UK based operator (one of whom even taught me a trick or two that I didn't know and I'm a techie in the industry). I am now very happily nested with Ecotalk and look forward to great prices, simple package offerings, no 'Rewards' and other garbage that bump up the price and so on. It's all just.... NICE!

Seamless transition and a better deal all round.

I was nervous about switching to a new provider because, as I run my own business, I really needed to keep my existing number and keep the amount of time without my phone to a minimum. I needn't have worried. A member of staff reassured me on the phone, and the switch from my previous provider was seamless. Now I'm on a much better deal and I'm delighted to be helping wildlife. I wish I'd made the move sooner.

This was the quickest and simplest switchover to a new phone company that I have ever experienced. If you need customer services you get a real (very friendly) person on the phone instead of a bot that wastes your time. As an added perk you get regular nature updates from Chris Packham. I’m delighted I moved to Ecotalk

Love everything about Ecotalk - particularly its ethos!

Very easy to set up - we activated our sims before our old ones expired then put them in our phones - as recommended by Ecotalk - we had already got our PAC codes to enable us to keep our existing numbers. It took a while for everything to become’live’ but not long. The coverage is so much better than our previous provider & the value for money is amazing! We love that all profits go to nature & wildlife restoration & conservation. Highly recommend Ecotalk.

Excellent SIM only deal

I'm a switcher 😂 Despite being with o2 for over twenty years, their latest atrocious price hike had me hunting for a better place to be a loyal customer. Ecotalk won hands down. They are actually not quite the cheapest, but the deals are good, cheaper than o2, and their ethos with regards to nature seems sound. It's only been a couple of weeks so far, but the switch was smooth, my number came over within a day and I actually have better signal in the wilds around me than I did with o2. Win win for me and I highly recommend switching. Just one niggle, c'mon Ecotalk provide e-sims too please! Even less plastic waste then! :)
