I've been with EcoTalk for about 6 months now and it's absolutely no different from my previous provider in terms of service. Very happy I made the switch.

Excellent! Hassle free! Better than EE! Switched from ee to eco talk who use the same lines but charge less and their profits go towards rewilding britain and i have not had a single problem with them, a breath a fresh air after all the problems i had with ee.

I love the commitment to nature and sustainability. The switch was so easy, took a couple of days to port my number across, coverage is better where I live and logging in to the website to see my account details is much simpler than it ever was with my old provider. I had some questions before making the switch and they were answered by a lovely human within a couple of hours. Really happy that I made the switch.

They are the best network I've ever been on. The most approachable too. Human customer service (rare these days) at first attempt!! They are a really friendly team. A breath of fresh air in these days of technological drudge and despair.

Easy change over from my old network, no problem switching sim & keeping my phone number. Much better coverage since switching to Ecotalk.

The communication style felt uncomplicated and also natural by which I mean the letter with the SIM card was easy to understand and was empowering.

When my last provider told me they were putting their prices up again, I thought I’d look around, I’d only ever been with one provider, so I didn’t really know what was out there. I have to say the price per month sold me straight away, that and the fact they give me more for my money was worth a second look. Then I discovered that they actually help the world outside our doorsteps, instead of giving huge payouts to their directors and shareholders, I was like, what? They do that for our environment ! I love that even more than the money I save. I would recommend anyone to switch to Ecotalk for that alone! I can’t tell you what their customer services are like, I’ve never had to use them, but my change over was very smooth, well once the last company decided they had to say goodbye. Love the ethics, love saving money, love Ecotalk.

Switched to EcoTalk after being with T-Mobile then EE for years. Transition was very simple and smooth to keep my old number. The price is great, signal seems to at least match what I got with EE. So far, so very good. But with a rolling month to month contract I’m not tied in even if it goes wrong. Closest I get to a match price elsewhere needed me to commit to 24mth contract, with yearly price increases.
