When my last provider told me they were putting their prices up again, I thought I’d look around, I’d only ever been with one provider, so I didn’t really know what was out there. I have to say the price per month sold me straight away, that and the fact they give me more for my money was worth a second look. Then I discovered that they actually help the world outside our doorsteps, instead of giving huge payouts to their directors and shareholders, I was like, what? They do that for our environment ! I love that even more than the money I save. I would recommend anyone to switch to Ecotalk for that alone! I can’t tell you what their customer services are like, I’ve never had to use them, but my change over was very smooth, well once the last company decided they had to say goodbye. Love the ethics, love saving money, love Ecotalk.

Switched to EcoTalk after being with T-Mobile then EE for years. Transition was very simple and smooth to keep my old number. The price is great, signal seems to at least match what I got with EE. So far, so very good. But with a rolling month to month contract I’m not tied in even if it goes wrong. Closest I get to a match price elsewhere needed me to commit to 24mth contract, with yearly price increases.

Quick & easy contact with customer services. Pleasant & helpful person & easy check of security questions. Simple to add on extra data if needed & messages to alert when nearing end of usage. An excellent service!

I needed some help from customer service at Ecotalk and Sheri emailed me very promptly with clear instructions on what to do to resolve the issue, and also how she could help further if it didn’t work My issue was resolved by following her advice. The transfer to Ecotalk was also very straightforward, excellent service.

Moving to Ecotalk was seamless and when I had a query before joining they answered quickly and very friendly. Connection speeds have been better than my old provider.

I am finding Ecotalk a reliable and affordable network with good coverage and excellent customer service. I have contacted them a couple of times to upgrade or add data. Each time they have been efficient and it has been completely hassle free. Today, Yasmin, was super helpful and my data was added and my contract amended in a couple of minutes. It is the easiest mobile service I have used by a mile. So uncomplicated, a breath of fresh air in a world where service is usually a faff online, a long hold in the phone or a useless chatbot.

Easy set up with an e-SIM. £22 for unlimited everything- what’s not to like. Add to that the fact that I am contributing to re-wilding and the wider environment.

I was skeptical about the low price as it was half of what I paid my previous provider but as it was endorsed by national treasure Chris Packham, I decided to give it a go. Best decision I’ve made in a long while! Excellent customer service, easy switch, great product at the lowest price. But best of all, it’s green! 💚💚💚
