How can I switch?

Head to the our deals page on our website and choose your tariff. Then follow the steps in our online sign-up process to seamlessly switch to Ecotalk. Your new SIM will be sent in the post by Royal Mail.

What contracts do you offer?

All our mobile plans are on 30-day rolling contracts. If you’re not happy, you can exit at any time with no fees or charges.

Can I talk to a real person instead of a machine?

Yes! If you need help you can talk to a real person, and if you like talking to Helen, for instance, just let us know and she will help you the next time you get in touch.
