From July 1 2019 you’ll be able to switch mobile provider without having to contact your current provider. 

 

If you’d like to switch to a new provider, you’ll need a PAC or STAC code. You can get your code by: 

 

Sending a text 

Keep your existing number

If you’d like to keep your mobile phone number when you switch to a new provider, you’ll need a PAC code. You can get your PAC code by texting PAC to 65075.

 

Switch to a new provider

If you’d like to switch to a new mobile phone provider but you’re not worried about taking your number with you, you’ll need a STAC code to give them when you switch. You can get this by texting STAC to 75075.  

 

Check when your contract ends

If you’re thinking of switching to a new provider but you’d like to double check when your current contract is going to end, text INFO to 85075. We’ll also let you know if there could be any charges for leaving your contract early.

 

Going online

If you’re an Ecotalk customer, simply log in to your online account through our website. You’ll be able to select the code you’d like to request from there.

 

Giving us a call

If you’d still rather talk to us directly, you can give us a call on 0333 800 5500.

When you get your PAC or STAC code, just pass it to your new network provider. Within one working day your previous contract will end and you’ll be up and running with your new provider.  

Your PAC and STAC codes will last for 30 days. If you request them and decide that you don’t wish to use them, that’s no problem. They’ll just expire after 30 days.
