Keeping your number

Once you’ve registered for your new Ecotalk SIM, we’ll pop it to you in the post along with your new mobile number. If you’d rather keep your old number, just let us know, you can give us a call Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm on 0333 800 5500 or email us at home@ecotalk.co.uk

It’s probably a good idea to keep your old SIM in your phone until it loses network coverage. Once it does, just put your new Ecotalk SIM into your device and you’re all set to go.

How to get your PAC 

To transfer your old number to your Ecotalk SIM, you need to request a PAC from your old network provider. When you do that, your old network provider will ask you to settle any outstanding bills. You can only transfer your old number to Ecotalk before your contract with your old network provider is terminated. 

Once you submit your PAC to us (following the instructions above), we'll do the rest.

If you submit your PAC before 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays), your number should transfer by the end of the next working day. If you submit your PAC outside of these times, we’ll process it the next working day – we'll let you know when your number will transfer over. 

You must be in the UK when your number switches over.
