Why are you changing networks?

We want to offer our customers the best service we can and by changing network provider we’ll get increased signal coverage and download speeds.

Are call charges going to be the same for 0845 & 0345 numbers?

Yes – all call charges will stay the same.

Is the cost the same?

Currently the cost for making calls, sending texts and using data will stay the same. For our pricing info please see our price guide .

Do I get more minutes, texts and data?

These will all stay the same for now but we’re looking into offering new tariffs later this year.

Will I get any more features?

When we change networks the 4G coverage will be better nationwide. We’ll also be able to support 2G phones and cap usage if you request it, so you won’t receive any unwanted high bills.

Will I need to set up a new Direct Debit?

No – your existing Direct Debit will stay in place.

Will my phone stop working?

Once your mobile number has been transferred to your new SIM, your old SIM will stop working. You’ll just need to pop your new SIM into your phone and everything will work as normal – the Ecotalk Team will ensure this process runs as smoothly as possible to stop any disruption.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes – the Ecotalk team will ensure your number is transferred to your new SIM.

Can I keep my old tariff?

Yes – you can remain on your existing tariff.

Can I move to a new tariff?

Yes – our great new tariffs will be available when the network changes have taken place at the end of June.

I’m a new customer, can I have one of your existing tariffs?

Our new, improved tariffs provide the best choice of minutes, texts and data – helping you to benefit fully from our fantastic new network. All new customers will need to select one of these new tariffs.

Can I swap networks if I’m abroad?

You need to be in the UK to swap over your number to our new network.

Will the transfer cost me anything?

No – there is no cost to change network provider.
