Ecotalk Prize Draw

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. By taking part in the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter is Ecotalk Limited Registered Company No. 07442414, Lion House, Rowcroft, Stroud, GL5 3BY.

2. This Prize Draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged over 18 who are not currently supplied by Ecotalk or waiting to going on supply. 

3. The Prize Draw closes on 29 March 2019.

4. The winner will be provided with an Ecotalk supply reference which the winner should use in their application for a supply contract (the Contract) with the Promoter. The Promoter accept no responsibility, and no alternative prize will be provided, should the winner’s application for the Contract not be successful.

5. The Prize consists of credit to the winner’s Contract account of approximately £500 of mobile credit, or £500 of broadband credit, both valid for 12 months from the date of commencement of the Contract (the Credit). No refunds will be given in respect of Credit not used during the first 12 months of the Contract. The winner can choose between mobile or broadband credit. 

6. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash payment or other replacement is available.

7. The Promoter will, in the presence of an independent person, draw the winner within 5 working days of the Prize Draw closing and the Promoter will endeavour to notify the winner by email or telephone within 10 working days thereafter.

8. The Promoter will not be responsible for promotion entries. Any prize left unclaimed after 30 days will expire. The Promoter has no responsibility if a prize is not claimed due to incorrect contact information being provided or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

9. The winner may be asked to take part in non-paid publicity resulting from this promotion and consent to this is a condition of the Prize.

10. Details of the winner will be available 20 working days after the relevant closing date by sending a SAE to the Promoter and stating which draw you are referring to.

11. The laws of England & Wales govern this promotion.
