Deliveries and Returns

Our Delivery 

We send out all deliveries using Royal Mail 1st Class.

A few things to note about our deliveries: 

  • We only despatch to UK addresses
  • Orders received before 3pm will be processed the same day
  • Sorry, we cannot despatch to BFPO or PO Box addresses
  • You’ll receive you order within 3 working days of despatch. We don’t charge to send Ecotalk SIM cards

Returns and Cancelling your Contract

We’ll do everything we can to make sure you get the best service possible. However, if you have any problems, here’s what to do.   

Under UK law, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your SIM – this is called the 'cooling off' period. 

Just give us a call to let us know and send your SIM back to us at our Freepost address:

Alternatively, after calling us to cancel your contract, dispose of your SIM.

We don’t charge exit fees at Ecotalk, so once you come to the end of your current rolling monthly contract, you're free to switch to another provider without penalty. 

Faulty Goods

If your order is faulty or you received it in a damaged condition, let us know by giving us a call on 0333 800 5500 or email us at  home@ecotalk.co.uk . We'll send you a replacement as quickly as possible. 

If your order was damaged on receipt, or if a fault occurs within 14 days of receiving it, we'll always replace it for you.
