Activating your SIM

When your new Ecotalk SIM arrives, it won’t be activated. To do that, just follow the steps below and you’ll be up and running.

To activate your SIM online:

  • Log in to ‘My Account’
  • Select ‘Activate SIM’
  • Enter the mobile number found on your SIM card
  • Click submit

To activate your SIM over the phone, call us on: 0333 800 5500.

Once you've activated your SIM, it will take a few minutes for us to process your request. If you try accessing your online account after your activation request, you may experience a slight delay before the request is fully registered.

Once we've processed your activation request, we'll start your billing cycle. This means that you will receive a bill the day after you activated your SIM. You will receive your bill on or around this date every month.
